Store Credit Only
At Ez-Parfum, all approved returns are refunded in the form of Store Credit. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
- All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for store credit.
- No resold or tampered products will be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Return Request Form. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will issue Store Credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item(s). This credit can be applied to future purchases on our website.
Important Notes
- All fragrance sales are final, except for approved cases of damage or fulfillment errors.
- Store Credit will only be issued once per order. Duplicate claims from the same address will not be honored.
